One word of advice, please do not just rely on going to physical therapy once or twice a week to treat your child's torticollis. Going to physical therapy is great, but I believe the most important component is actually doing the torticollis exercises your physical therapist prescribes frequently throughout the day. Each set of exercises lasted 15-20 minutes and we did four or five sets daily. It was a lot of time out of the day, but I feel that's what made the biggest difference for Kellyn. Just do the best you can with the time you do have available. Try your best to make torticollis treatment a priority. It's time-consuming, but thankfully treatment will not last forever.
