1. Take your left hand and hold down her right shoulder.
2. Take your right hand and very gently bring her left ear towards her left shoulder.
3. Hold this stretch for about thirty seconds.
Notes: Babies with left torticollis would have their right ear gently brought towards their right shoulder. In addition, do NOT do this stretch if baby actively resists because you could unintentionally be strengthening the side of the neck that doesn't need to be strengthened.
